I'm a mom, high school math teacher, and teacher burnout survivor.
Not long ago, I was another teacher contemplating quitting the job I'd worked so hard to get. I loved teaching, but the constant stress of having to plan yet another lesson for tomorrow - for three different courses was taking a toll on me. I really thought I'd never be able to be a mom too, or that my job wouldn't allow me to be a good one.
Once I started batching my lesson plans, everything changed. I was even able to free up my nights and weekends so that I could run a business, and create content like this workshop to help other teachers!
Why didn't I do this sooner?
